REAL ESTATE MARKET REMAINS HOT IN KAMLOOPS
Wednesday, September 14th, 2016Even though the weather is beginning to cool, the market remains hot! According to Kamloops This Week, 362 unit sales recorded (for a value of $128 million) compared to 264 unit sales (for a value of $84 million) sold in August of 2015.
Aberdeen led the way with 43 sales, followed by Brocklehurst at 30 transactions.
As it happens, I have a listing in the favourable subdivision of Aberdeen at 862 Greybriar Court.
